Egg Roll in a Bowl (Low-Carb)

Ingredients

  • 1 Ib ground chicken or ground turkey

  • 1 Tablespoon avocado oil

  • (1) 16 oz bag coleslaw mix

  • 5 Tablespoons coconut aminos (gf) or soy sauce

  • 3 teaspoons sesame oil

  • 2 teaspoons onion powder

  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  • 3 teaspoons fresh ginger paste

  • Pinch of salt and pepper

  • fresh basil (on top)

  • sesame seeds (on top)

  • *Sriracha sauce
    (*optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large skillet, add 1 Tablespoon avocado oil and cook your ground chicken (or turkey) until golden brown. Season with all of the seasonings listed: onion powder, garlic powder, fresh ginger paste, pinch of salt and pepper.
    2. Add your coleslaw mix, and allow this to cook down for 1-2 minutes.
    3. Add your coconut aminos (or soy sauce) and sesame oil.
    4. Top with fresh basil, sesame seeds and Sriracha, for spice.
