Guacamole Dip

Total Time: 1 hour 20 minutes
Yield: 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 3 avocados – mash with potato masher (leave some chunks)

  • 2 Tablespoons lime juice – squeeze on avocados immediately so they do not brown

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon cumin

  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper

  • ½ onion, chopped

  • 2 roma tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 Tablespoon cilantro, chopped

  • ½ jalapeno pepper, chopped seeds removed

  • 1 clove of garlic, minced

Instructions

1.   Mash avocados and add lime juice.

2.  Mix remainder of ingredients into mashed mess.

3.  Let sit on counter for 2 hours with saran wrap (if you can) tightly covering it (push saran wrap down to top of avocado mixture).

To save avacados, scoop them and place them in a galloon sized freezer bag and put them in the freezer.
