Jim’s Fantasic Salsa

**vegan, gluten-free, and healthy**

Ingredients

  • ½ onion

  • 2 Jalapeño peppers

  • 1 cilatro bundle

  • 3 cloves garlic (or 2 teaspoons)

  • 2 teaspoons lime juice

  • 1 Tablespoon cumin

  • 3 teaspoons sugar

  • 2 teaspoons salt

Instructions

  1. Wash your vegetables.

  2. Throw all of the ingredients in a nutribullet (or blender) and pulse a few times (no pre-chopping is necessary).

  3. Place in a bowl and enjoy!
