  • (2) 16 oz cans of sliced beets, drained

  • 2 teaspoon cornstarch

  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • ¾ cup orange juice

  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar

Ingredients

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the cornstarch, brown sugar, and salt; gradually whisk in the orange juice and the apple cider vinegar.

  2. Cook over medium heat, whisking constantly, until thickened and bubbly.

  3. Add drained beets and cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated.
