Wholegrain Pizza Crust

 

Recipe Notes:

  • Rachel doubled the recipe and swapped out the following: instead of vegtable oil she chose avocado oil AND instead of oat flour she used almond flour…the crust turned out amazing!

    • Make sure you push the dough down to 1/4 of an inch and possibly use a rolling pin (or the bottom of a flat measuring cup (or your hands) to make the dough even. The dough rises higher than you would think. Also, the crust is fragile, so expect some breakage.

    • Sauce: Rao’s pizza sauce

    • Cheese: shred two blocks of sharp cheddar and vermont cheddar

    • Sprinkle oregano and fresh basil on top of cheese

    • Doubling the recipe could feed about 6-8 people
