Egg Roll in a Bowl (Low-Carb)

Ingredients

  • 1 Ib Ground chicken (you can use ground turkey too)

  • (1) 16 oz bag Coleslaw mix

  • 1 Tablespoon Avocado oil

  • 5 Tablespoons Coconut aminos (gf)

  • 3 teaspoons Sesame oil

  • 2 teaspoons Onion powder

  • 2 teaspoons Garlic powder

  • 3 teaspoons Fresh ginger paste

  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper

  • Fresh basil (on top)

  • Sesame seeds (on top)

  • Sriracha (*optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large skillet, add 1 tbsp avocado oil and cook your ground chicken or turkey until golden brown. Season with all of the seasonings listed: 2 teaspoons onion powder, 2 teaspoons garlic powder, 3 teaspoons fresh ginger paste, pinch of salt and pepper.
    2. Add your coleslaw mix, and allow this to cook down for 1-2 minutes.
    3. Add your coconut aminos and sesame oil.
    4. Top with fresh basil, sesame seeds and sriracha, for spice.
