Ina Garten’s Easy Marinaded Salmon

Ingredients

4 lemons, zested
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup dijon mutard
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 ½ Tablespoons salt
½ Tablespoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk all the ingredients for the marinade in a bowl.

  2. Spread the marinade onto the salmon and let sit for 15 minutes.

  3. Cook at 500 degrees for about 12–15 minutes.

  4. Cool completely and refrigerate to put on a salad (if desired).
