Auntie Annie’s Lemon Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest

  • 3 Tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 5 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar

  • ¼ cup raspberry jam

  • About 1 ½ cups raspberries

  • Drive to Grocery Store

  • Get a Lemon Cake Box Mix

  • Drive Home

  • Bake Cake
    **Add lemon zest to the top of the cake
