Lori’s Pumpkin Bread

Yield: 2 loaf tins

Ingredients

*Put the following ingredients into one bowl and mix together:
3 ½ cups flour
1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
3 cups sugar

In another bowl, mix the following ingredients:
4 eggs
1 ½ cups canned pumpkin
1 cup avocado oil
⅔ cup water

Instructions

Next, add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir just until moistened. then, add mixture to regula-sized bread tin and bake.

Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Then cover tin with foil tent for 25 minutes.

Topping:
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Finally, mix topping ingredients together and add to the top of the cooked bread. Cut, serve, and enjoy this delicious bread!
