Loaded Overnight Oats

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 4 mason jars

  • 1 cup Old-Fashion Oats

  • 1 ⅓ cups almond milk

  • ⅔ cup plain yogurt

  • 2 Tablespoons flax seed

  • 2 Tablespoons mini chocolate chips

  • 2 Tablespoons almond butter

  • 4 teaspoons brown sugar

  • 2 pinches of cinnamon

  • **Optional toppings: fresh fruit of your choice

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.

  2. Divide the mixed between the two mason jars. Seal the jars with the lid and rest overnight in the refrigerator..

  3. Top with raisins, sunflower seeds, and chopped nuts.

Note: These last in the refrigerator for a week.
