Meatloaf

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ ground turkey (for heart healthy) (ground beef or sirloin can work as well)

  • ¾ cup bread crumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 1 cup milk

  • ¼ cup onion, diced

  • 1/2 ketchup, A.1. Steak Sauce, BBQ sauce, or chili sauce

Topping:

  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon mustard

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • Pepper to taste

  • ¼ cup A.1. Steak Sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°.

  2. Mix first 6 ingredients and put into ungreased loaf pan. Add topping.

    1. Cook for 1 to 1 ¼ hour.
