Homemade Wendy’s Frosty

Ingredients

  • 12 ice cubes

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 3/4 cup unsweetned almond milk

  • 1/2 Tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 1/4 cup fat free cool whip

  • 1 scoop cleansimplefats brownie batter protein powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon Xanthan gum

  • Splash of vanilla extract

  • **Optional toppings: PBfit crumbled G20 bar, chocolate chips, whipped cream, cripsy rice cereal ect.

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients together inot a blender

  2. Blend on high for 40-60 seconds or until ice and banana are throughly combinded. I use a Ninja IQ Blender or a Magic Bullet - both work great. Blend longer if any chunks remain. The texture is what makes this Homemade Wendy’s Frosty so great.

  3. Serve immediately. Garnish with PBfit crumbled G20 bar, chocolate chips, whipped cream, cripsy rice cereal ect.
